• This warranty only applies to Frames that have been used under normal circumstances and have received appropriate maintenance (see Owner’s Manual). 
• This warranty by BCF is exclusively intended for the original owner of a new Frame, subject to the condition that it was purchased from an authorised Ridley / Eddy Merckx dealer, and for as long as the original owner keeps it in his/her possession. This warranty is therefore never transferrable. 
• This warranty only applies to the Frame in so far as this was manufactured by BCF. 
• The Frame needs to be registered (see hereafter).
